5.48.190 Suspension of license.
The department shall suspend a license for a period not to exceed one year if it determines that a licensee or an employee of a licensee has:
A. Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business premises as authorized by this chapter; or
B. Had a sexually oriented business license, sexually oriented business manager’s license, or sexually oriented business performer’s license issued by any municipality; or
C. Been found to violate license requirements in a manner that would be grounds for denial of a license, other than under MMC 5.48.080(B)(7) and (B)(8); or
D. Has been convicted of a specified criminal offense committed on the premises of the adult entertainment facility for which he or she is licensed pursuant to this chapter; or
E. The licensee has violated any applicable requirement of this chapter. (Ord. 029/2003)
