A. The department may, subject to this chapter, suspend or revoke a sexually oriented business license or manager’s or performer’s license, and all rights of the licensee under this chapter are then suspended or terminated, as the case may be.

B. Upon receipt of notice of the suspension or revocation of a sexually oriented business license or manager’s or performer’s license and after judicial review, the licensee shall without delay deliver the license to the department. Where the sexually oriented business, manager’s or performer’s license has been suspended only, the department shall return the license to the licensee at the expiration or termination of the period of suspension.
