A person is guilty of criminal impersonation if he:

A. Assumes a false identity and does an act in his assumed character with the intent to defraud another;

B. Pretends to be a representative of some person or organization and does an act in his pretended capacity with intent to defraud another; or

C. Impersonates a police officer. (Ord. 628, 1976)
