A. It is unlawful for any person to dispose of any solid waste generated in the city of Monroe and subject to this chapter unless they comply with the provisions of RCW 70A.205.195, 70A.205.400 and 70A.205.505 which are hereby adopted by reference.

B. Any violation of the provisions of RCW 70A.205.195 shall be punishable as provided in that statute.

C. Any violation of the provisions of RCW 70A.205.505 shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars.

D. Any violation of the provisions of RCW 70A.205.400 shall be punishable by a civil penalty which shall be no less than two hundred dollars, nor more than two thousand dollars, for each offense. (Ord. 015/2023 § 1 (Exh. A); Ord. 939, 1990)
