A. Within ninety days after completion of construction, and if required by permit, a grantee shall furnish the city with complete sets of plans, drawn to scale and certified to the city as accurately as reasonably possible and depicting the horizontal location and configuration of all facilities constructed pursuant to the construction permit. The public works director shall have the discretion to prescribe the number of copies and format of said record drawings, consistent with city codes and policies, and to require submission of such record drawings in a digital format.

B. Upon request, but no more than once per year, the city may request that the grantee provide a map or maps showing the location of all grantee’s facilities within the public ways. (Ord. 009/2022 § 3 (Exh. A))
