A. Upon request, grantees shall provide the city with a schedule of their proposed construction activities in, around, or that may affect the public ways within the next twelve months.

B. Each grantee shall meet with the city and other grantees of the public ways annually or as determined by the city to schedule and coordinate construction in the public ways.

C. To the extent possible, all construction locations, activities and schedules shall be coordinated to minimize public inconvenience, disruption or damages. (Ord. 009/2022 § 3 (Exh. A))
