An action, order, or decision of the department as to a denial of an application for the issuance or renewal of a sexually oriented business license or a manager’s or performer’s license or as to a revocation, suspension, or modification of such a license is subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 5.02 MMC. Any appeal to the hearing examiner shall be promptly held within sixty days from the receipt of the notice of appeal. (Ord. 029/2003)
