A license granted under this chapter is subject to annual renewal upon the written application of the applicant and a finding by the department that the applicant has not been convicted of a specified criminal activity as defined in MMC 5.48.080 or committed an act during the existence of the previous license that would be grounds to suspend the initial license. The renewal of the license is subject to the payment of the fee as set for in MMC 5.48.110. (Ord. 029/2003)
