On or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, all persons engaged in business in the city shall apply for a business license. No person shall engage in any business within the city without first having secured a license to do so as hereinafter provided unless exempted in this chapter. (Ord. 003/2014 § 1 (Exh.
