4.80.010 Definitions.

The following definitions shall apply for purposes of this chapter:
A. “Disability board” means the board authorized by RCW 41.26.110 and this chapter to consider and act upon claims for disability by LEOFF-1 members.
B. “LEOFF-1” means the law enforcement officers’ and firefighters’ retirement plan 1 as defined by Chapter 41.26 RCW.
C. “Mayor” means the city of Monroe mayor or designee. (Ord. 014/2023 § 1 (Exh. A))
