The purpose of this chapter is to combine and consolidate the application, review, and decision processes for projects in the city of Monroe in a manner that is clear, concise, and consistent. It is further intended to comply with state guidelines for combining and expediting project review and integrating environmental review and land use development plans. Final decisions on development proposals shall be made in a reasonable and timely manner. (Ord. 005/2019 § 10 (Exh. B))
