Under written agreement, a user may use the city dumpsite or a city manhole for dumping septage for a fee and under conditions set forth in such agreement. The director may impose a fee and establish conditions appropriate to compensate for the utilization of the city’s sewerage system. The director may preclude such dumping if at any time the director feels that such will impair the city’s sewerage system in any way. (Ord. 016/2021 § 2; Ord. 750, 1983; Ord. 722, 1981)
