There is established a uniform system of numbering properties and principal buildings and an official system of street names in the city, as shown on the map entitled “Address and Street Name Master Plan,” adopted by reference by the city council, and filed in the office of the city engineer. This map and all explanatory matter thereon is adopted and made part of this chapter by reference. (Ord. 812, 1986)
