Chapter 47.50 RCW and Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC are hereby adopted by reference, as now enacted or hereinafter amended, to provide for the regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, state highway systems within the city of Monroe.
