The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC, referred to as the “model traffic ordinance (MTO),” including any future additions, amendments and repeals thereof, and all other statutes adopted by reference therein, is hereby adopted by this reference as if set forth in full herein.
