It shall be unlawful for a person to make solicitations or to ask, beg, request, or plead for an immediate ride, employment, or any article or service representing monetary value, for any purpose, either orally, or in a written or printed manner, within ten feet of any nonresidential driveway curb cut or any intersection between a public right-of-way and a private road serving as ingress and egress to a nonresidential development.
