A. It is unlawful to sell refreshments or merchandise in any park except pursuant to a valid concession contract with the city, a special event or a park use agreement.

B. It is unlawful to distribute any handbills or circulars in any park in any manner that interferes with or obstructs the normal passage of people or vehicles. (Ord. 016/2018 § 1; Ord. 007/2004)
