It is unlawful to cut and/or remove wood, to remove, destroy, mutilate or deface any structure, public facilities, statue, vase, fountain, wall, fence, railing, vehicle, bench, shrub, tree, flower beds, park furniture, fern, plant, flower, flower containers, lighting system, or sprinkling system or other municipal property, and/or public improvements lawfully in any park.
