It is unlawful for any person to willfully neglect or refuse to aid a public officer, in circumstances where it would be reasonable to provide such aid, in:

A. Executing any lawful process;

B. Retaking any person who has escaped from lawful custody; or

C. Making a lawful arrest where such person has been commanded to do so by a magistrate, police officer or other public officer. (Ord. 628, 1976)
