A. Every person who engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee is guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. This section shall not apply to sexual conduct engaged in as a part of any stage performance, play or other entertainment open to members of the public. (Ord. 629, 1976)
