A. Property owners shall be responsible and billed for all properties.

B. All solid waste charges, billed by the contractor, shall be billed on a schedule mutually agreed upon by the city and the contractor.

C. Where payment of charges under subsection (B) of this section is delinquent, a late charge set forth in the city’s contract with the contractor and as approved by the city council shall be levied. (Ord. 020/2016 § 3 (Exh. A); Ord. 014/2007 § 1; Ord. 994, 1992)
