Any person or organization violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense and such offender may be punished separately therefor. (Ord. 526, 1970)
