A. The department head or individuals acting on the department head’s behalf are immune from suit in a civil or criminal action based on disciplinary proceedings or other official acts performed in good faith in the course of their duties in the administration and enforcement of this chapter.

B. Legislative authorities of the city are immune from suit in a civil or criminal action based on official acts performed in good faith in the course of their duties in the administration or enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 029/2003)
