5.44.020 Exemptions.

The following types of parking facilities shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter:
A. Parking facilities shown and approved as part of another building or development permit;
B. Parking facilities for which no fee will be charged or donation solicited. (Ord. 852, 1987)
