The mayor or mayor’s designee shall issue the special events permit once the application has been approved, and the applicant has agreed in writing to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit as well as the sections of this chapter dealing with indemnification, insurance, fees for city services, and cleanup deposits, when applicable.
