5.16.170 Consent of property owner to establish stand.

No application for a taxicab stand or zone shall be considered unless the same shall be accompanied by written consent of the owner and occupant of the real property immediately bordering the proposed stand or zone granting assent to the establishing and maintaining of such a stand or zone at such location.
