Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor and any person, business, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions herein shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of up to one thousand dollars and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety days. Violation of this chapter is also designated as a public nuisance. (Ord. 004/2012 § 1 (Exh. A))
