5.03.020 Admissions tax levied.
This section is included in your selections.
There is hereby levied a five percent tax to be paid by the person who pays an admission charge to any of the following places for which admission is charged:
A. Theaters.
B. Motion picture theaters.
C. Dance halls.
D. Cabarets.
E. Adult arcades.
F. Adult booths.
G. Nude model studios.
H. Golf courses.
I. Private clubs.
J. Auditoriums.
K. Circuses.
L. Side shows.
M. Outdoor amusement parks.
N. Any building, enclosure, or area for the purpose of observing a performance, competition, or athletic event. (Ord. 013/2016 § 1; Ord. 1166, 1999; Ord. 1095, 1996)
