5.03.010 Definitions.

A. “Admission charge” shall be as defined in RCW 35.21.280, including any future amendments thereto.
B. “Adult arcade,” “adult booth,” and “nude model studio” shall have the meanings as defined in Chapter 5.48 MMC. (Ord. 013/2016 § 1; Ord. 021/2013 § 1; Ord. 1095, 1996)
