A. The board shall present an annual report to the city council. Such annual report shall be in writing.

B. At board meetings city staff shall provide relevant updates to the board from and/or regarding, as applicable, the Monroe School District, Snohomish County fairgrounds, other city boards and commissions, and other organizations with interest in parks and recreation services and facilities in and around the city of Monroe.
