The goals for reducing Monroe’s proportion of drive-alone vehicle trips and commute trip vehicle miles traveled per employee are established in the Monroe CTR plan. The city will set the individual work site goals for major employers based on how the work site can contribute to city’s overall goal established in the CTR plan. (Ord. 005/2019 § 10 (Exh. B))
