A. Any permit issued hereunder may be revoked by the hearing examiner upon a finding that a permittee has not complied with the conditions of a permit, subject, however, to a hearing as hereinafter provided.

B. Before such permit is revoked by the hearing examiner, the city shall set a date for a public hearing following the public notice requirements of Chapter 22.84 MMC, Permit Processing, to determine whether the permittee has violated the conditions of the permit.
