The city of Monroe shoreline master program, dated August 2008 and amended through required periodic review in June 2019, or as further amended, and attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference as if set forth in full, is hereby adopted as the shoreline master program for the city of Monroe as required by Chapter 90.58 RCW. The city of Monroe shoreline master program shall hereinafter be referred to as the Monroe SMP within this chapter. (Ord. 015/2019 § 1; Ord. 005/2019 § 10 (Exh. B))
