The city’s preference is for the applicant to deploy small wireless facilities on nondecorative poles. If a nondecorative pole exists within one hundred fifty feet of a decorative pole proposed for SWF installation, the applicant shall utilize the nondecorative light pole unless the applicant can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the director, that the small wireless facility cannot be located on the nondecorative light pole.
