Landscaping shall be installed at the minimum width and of the type as set out in Table 22.46.050: Landscaping Area Requirements. Landscaping requirements for other uses are as determined to be appropriate by the zoning administrator.

1The area between two retaining walls shall have five feet of unencumbered landscaping (i.e., drainage rock areas shall not be considered part of the five feet).

2Areas shall be placed in a tract. The landscaping tract shall not be considered part of the required building setback.

3Areas shall be placed in a tract or easement and shall be maintained by a homeowner’s association.
