At the time of development of a new and/or expanded K-12 school, provisions shall be made for the drop off of students. The drop off area shall provide for a safe route from the drop off area to the facility and provide sufficient queuing area to ensure negative traffic impacts on adjacent roads do not occur. Compliance with these requirements shall be substantiated in a traffic impact analysis prepared by the professional engineer with expertise in traffic and parking analysis. (Ord. 005/2019 § 10 (Exh.
