The regulations, requirements, and standards contained in this chapter apply to all properties zoned mixed use – general (MG), mixed use – neighborhood (MN), and mixed use – medical (MM). All properties zoned mixed use – general (MG), mixed use – neighborhood (MN), or mixed use – medical (MM) shall comply with all applicable provisions within this title and the Monroe Municipal Code.
