A. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Monroe chief of police or his/her designee is hereby authorized to promulgate and issue administrative regulations, rules, policies, internal guidelines, and/or formal interpretations to reasonably aid in the appropriate construction, administration and enforcement of the following city of Monroe ordinances:

B. In promulgating administrative regulations, rules, policies, internal guidelines and/or formal interpretations pursuant to this chapter, the police chief shall consult as appropriate with the city attorney. (Ord. 016/2014 § 1)
