The purpose of this chapter is to formally authorize the promulgation of administrative materials to supplement, clarify and effectuate the intent of certain city of Monroe ordinances. Without limitation of the foregoing, such administrative materials may be utilized to establish reasonable definitions for undefined ordinance terms. (Ord. 016/2014 § 1)
