The physical place of meetings of the city council shall be the Monroe School District Administration Building located at 14692 179th Avenue SE, Monroe, Washington 98272, except as expressly provided in a special meeting notice. It is the general policy of the city that, whenever feasible, virtual attendance by the public at meetings of the city council shall also be available via telephonic and/or other electronic methods, the connection information for which shall be provided to the public at the time of publication of the meeting agenda or as otherwise required by law. The specific standards and procedures for such virtual attendance may be further defined in the city council’s rules of procedure.
