Unless specifically exempt, this chapter shall apply to: (A) all water entering the stormwater drainage system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands lying within the city of Monroe, and (B) all discharges that occur within the city limits and/or that have an impact to the city’s MS4. The director is authorized to adopt written procedures for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 023/2022 § 3; Ord. 016/2021 § 2; Ord. 013/2009 § 1)
