Hydrant-meters may be rented out on a case-by-case basis as determined by public works staff. Any persons or party renting a hydrant-meter must comply with the provisions of MMC 13.01.080, 13.04.380, 13.04.410, and 13.04.420 (which address penalties, connecting to a hydrant, obstruction, and permission).
