It shall be unlawful for any person to make connections with any fixtures or connect any pipe with any water main or water pipe belonging to the water system, without first obtaining permission to do so from the city engineer. (Ord. 016/2021 § 2; Ord. 1260, 2002; Ord. 327, 1954)
