It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the access to any fire hydrant or to open or operate any fire hydrant, or attempt to draw water therefrom, or to willfully or carelessly injure the same, except in the performance of official duties. (Ord. 016/2021 § 2; Ord. 327, 1954)
