A. The authorizing officials identified in MMC 12.30.030 shall examine each application for a permit for compliance with the Monroe Municipal Code, including the approval criteria set forth in this chapter.

B. The authorizing officials may jointly approve, approve with conditions or deny an application submitted under this chapter. The decision of the authorizing officials shall be in writing. (Ord. 008/2015 § 1)
